Thank you for reaching out! All of our storeWALL accessories are designed to fit standard 3" on-center slatwall panels. While we aren’t familiar with the exact specifications of Garage Envy slatwalls, if your panels are 3" on center, our accessories should be compatible.
Based on the measurements you provided (2 1/2" slat height and 3/8" spacing), it sounds like your panels may differ from the standard 3" on-center design. Because of that, we can’t guarantee a proper fit with your current system, but we would recommend reaching out directly to Garage Envy to get proper slat measurements.
