Great question! To cover a 6' wide x 8' tall area using Standard Duty panels, we recommend ordering 2 cases of 8' panels. Each case includes 4 panels that are 8 feet long and 12 inches high, so 2 cases will give you exactly the 8-foot height you need when stacked.
To achieve the 6-foot width, you can simply cut 2 feet off each 8' panel. Cutting our panels is easy and can be done with standard tools, a miter saw or circular saw works best for clean, straight cuts.
For a polished, professional finish, we recommend using J Trim along the cut edges. This will help cover any minor imperfections from cutting and give your project a clean, finished look.
