Yes, it will work on a cement block wall.
StoreWALL panels can be installed on concrete or cement block walls using our InstallStrips (Hidden Fastener System) or with a direct xxxx installation. For cement block, we recommend:

Using concrete screws or masonry anchors (such as Tapcon-style fasteners)

Making sure the InstallStrips are level and securely anchored into the block

Avoiding mortar joints when possible and fastening directly into the block for the strongest hold
Once the InstallStrips are properly mounted, the wall panels simply hang on the strips, giving you a clean, professional finish with excellent weight support.
