Great question!
Installing Standard Duty slatwall on a cinder block wall is very straightforward.
1.Position your InstallStrips where you want them on the wall and make sure they are level.
2.Secure the InstallStrips directly to the cinder block using concrete screws.
3.Once the InstallStrips are mounted, simply hang the slatwall panels onto the strips.
For concrete or cinder block installations, we recommend using our 1-3/4” Flat Head Concrete Screws:

Important: Be sure to use flat-head screws so the xxxx heads sit flush with the surface of the InstallStrip. If the xxxx head protrudes, it can interfere with the slatwall panels and prevent them from fitting properly.
With the InstallStrips securely fastened to the block wall, you’ll have a strong, clean installation that’s ready for accessories and storage.
